we are
The Town Council of Corcubión is located in the western part of Galicia, and its estuary is the highest one in Rías Baixas, forming part of the so-called Costa da Morte.
Corcubión is, therefore, a land of transition between the peace and quiet of Rías Baixas and the bravery and living nature typical of Costa da Morte.
Our council is one of the smallest in Galicia. It has an extension of 7.6km2 and a population of about 1600 inhabitants. It is constituted by two parishes: San Marcos de Corcubión (urban area) and San Pedro de Redonda (rural area).
